I'm using this computer for home/work. It is everything I wanted. I do not know much about internal workings of computers but an IT person set mine up and he said specifications are as advertised. Setup only took about 1/2 hour. The computer came with everything needed except the recommended Display Port to HDMI cable. It was only an additional $10. The speed is fast. Wi-Fi connected immediately. Windows 10 Pro is already installed and connected immediately. Downloads are quick. Several screens can be open simultaneously without any problem. I have not had a need to contact Blair customer service or technical support as everything is great so far. The only thing I am going to change is the keyboard, only because I am accustomed to a particular one. I purchased the HP 23.8 inch FHD IPS monitor with tilt/Height adjustment and built in speakers (a different review) but it is perfect for this computer and for my needs. I read about a hundred reviews before deciding on this purchase. I made a great choice. Hopefully my comments will answer a few of your questions and hopefully you will like your choice as much as I like mine.
