Chair came with multiple dents and cannot close completely. Customer service was responsive and offered refund.I’ve only marked it down one start because on delivery the box had been stabbed but something. The stool seat had a small perfected shaped round hole. I haven’t complained because I can’t be bothered with the whole returns process … that aside I think this is a perfect stool for the piano and it feels quality. The seat does lift which wasn’t mentioned , which is good to mention.
