I decided to try this as my first lighted keyboard. I have to admit that I love the over sized, blue lighted text which is toggle switchable to orangish-red. However.... I have to say that the placement of the home, page up, page down and end keys directly next to the undersized backspace key and undersized enter key is very frustrating. Also you should be a aware, like most other lighted keyboards this is a bit of a clickity clakker and not really something you would be able to use a night to keep your spouse from being disturbed by the noise. The multimedia keys along the top are an excellent feature, but unfortunately they are the smallest keys and are barely lit up.I'm finding this really unusable by the key placement... I will return. I'm going to try a competitors keyboard which uses a standard PC '106' layout. A bit of a bigger keyboard, hopefully it will make a lot less noise..For my HTPC I use some large print, 5USD, yellow and black vinyl keyboard overlay stickers. They are quite viewable from the light of a large monitor.
